ABOUT EACH PRODUCT
How to use
-
Dosage
Take two 250mg Tongkat Ali capsules and one 400mg Fadogia capsule daily, ideally in the morning.
-
With or without food?
It's usually best to take Tongkat Ali with food in the morning. Some individuals feel nauseous when taking Tongkat Ali on an empty stomach due to quick absorption or gastrointestinal irritation.
Fadogia can be taken with food or on an empty stomach. However, the impact of food on supplement absorption is often unpredictable as different compounds within food can interact with the supplement in different ways. On the other hand, taking fadogia with food will slow absorption, which can be beneficial if you want the effects to kick in slower or if you experience nausea when taking the supplement on an empty stomach.

Frequently Asked Questions
-
What is Fadogia?
Fadogia agrestis is a shrub found in Africa, notably in Nigeria. The stems are used to make supplements.
-
What is Tongkat Ali?
Tongkat Ali is a herbal plant known as Eurycoma Longifolia that grows mainly in Peninsular Malaysia, Borneo, Indonesia, and in small patches in remote regions of Cambodia, Myanmar, and Laos. Tongkat Ali was used by Malaysians and indigenous peoples to treat diseases and as a natural aphrodisiac. Many believed Tongkat Ali is a symbol of virility, strength, power, and longevity for primal men.
-
Are there any side effects?
Although most scientific studies have not observed any adverse side effects, one study observed mild gastrointestinal symptoms in 6 out of the 50 participants. These symptoms included constipation, indigestion, abdominal pain, flatulence and abdominal discomfort. To avoid gastrointestinal irritations, take the supplement with food and wait at least 24 hours before the next dose. Avoid taking the supplement on an empty stomach or after a heavy meal.
-
Will it show up on drug tests?
No. Tongkat Ali and Fadogia are not drugs. They are also not banned by WADA. However, we do not have a certification for our product so professional athletes may want to check with test authorities.
