Working alongside Eumelia we have conducted a full analysis of our emissions, from our packaging materials right through to the energy we consume. We now track our impact as accurately as possible on a monthly basis and believe in not only working hard to reduce this, but offsetting and removing the remainder of emissions we create.

I decided to try NFS Akkermansia Probiotic to help some ongoing digestive microbial imbalance. I have done some microbe testing and know i am low on Akkermansia so I was excited to see this product hit the market specifically focusing on Akkermansia strain. Although I'm skeptical of a lot of new advertising campaigns from new probiotics companies (they feel very low on peer-based research and high on buzz words), I have been encouraged when taking a look at pendulum, and have been adding this probiotic into my routine.It takes months to properly judge but so far the adjustment period has been fine and i'm not experiencing any side effects. Of course, everyone has different needs and I encourage everyone to find what works for their particular situation. That said, I recommend giving this one a shot and look forward to future products from NFS.
Not only in my acid down, I have more energy and have been feel healther.. I also have been slowly loosing weight.. So happy with this produce!
I’m using this probiotic for a week. I didn’t noticed any big changes in my metabolism, but I also noticed that I didn’t had any bloating even after eating a lot of beans.I’ll keep using this product, I think that in a long run it’s good for my gut health.
This review is based off my first impressions of using this product for just a few days and the differences I’ve noticed. Of course you should use this product for 30 days to get a full spectrum. I do want to highlight some of the differences I’ve seen. I know for a fact I’m deficient in this gut bacteria as I’ve gotten a gut health test done. I noticed after using these a few days my sleep has been MUCH better and more consistent. I have more energy and alertness in the early mornings (I work mornings) and I fell into a habit of buying energy drinks. I no longer need to do that anymore, maybe it’s because of these maybe it’s not but I have noticed a real difference with my morning energy. They keep you “regular” every day. Which is also a plus. And I’m general I just feel more “alert and clear thinking” and less “groggy and foggy”.The capsules have a very pleasant smell almost sweet in scent. The packaging is pretty straightforward nothing special there.I will continue to use these for the month to see if I notice continued improvement. But my first impression is that this product is the real deal and I’ve been feeling much better.Having proper gut health can make a HUGE difference in your lifestyle, and it’s important you’re doing your own research before buying any probiotic. I know this product may be helping me but that may not be the case for you! Talk to your doctor and see if adding this to your regimen will help!
I appreciated the reviews left so far. I qualify my review by sharing that I started on this product after completing a comprehensive stool panel offered through Genova Diagnostics in consultation with my functional medicine provider. If you are able to afford and access this test it may be useful to clarify whether you need this probiotic since as many of you know not all probiotics are the same. In my case my “good” gut flora was significantly deficient in this strain. I had negative experiences with some other multi-strain formulas in the recent past so I have started at a lower dose by opening up the capsule and sprinkling some on my food. It has been about two weeks so far and no adverse reactions. If you have had a bad reaction it may be that you are taking too high a dose to start with or you may already have enough of this strain populating your gut. Best wishes on this complex journey!
Quick and efficient tracked delivery. Highly palatable product - small easily-administered tablets. Backed by solid understandable science (I'm a scientist), but difficult to seperate the individual contribution of the tablet as I am taking it together with cold-milled flax seed as part of a vegetable-rich diet. However, the combination seems to have resulted in a small but consistent and measurable reduction in systemic blood pressure on top of that yielded by conventional medication, so I am keen to continue.
It seems like a small improvement in metabolism but time will tell
I am on the fence with this product. I’ve been taking it for several months - I’m not seeing or feeling much different. I have another three month supply - will continue taking and if I’m still not noticing a difference, I will discontinue. I will update this review if my opinion changes.
I started a new job and I wanted to be able to focus better. This helps me so much. I take it the night before and it works through the next day. I’m so glad I tried this. Better sleep and better focus.
I first started magnesium when doing a research project in med school… turns out most of the soil in the us (and I’m sure elsewhere) is depleted in magnesium. This depletion may lead to decline in magnesium content in foods. So- supplement with magnesium.As you may know if you’ve done a 5 minute google search on magnesium it comes in different forms.I have no problem going to the restroom or with muscle soreness but I do suffer from occasional insomnia so I was interested in the L thre version.When I saw this product combined with lions mane, Wow! This did not disappoint. I can tell nights when I don’t take this… because the nights that I do are filled with REM sleep and it does seem to make going to bed easier. If you are scared of vivid dreams I wouldn’t be too worried as it seems this effect does tamper down the longer you stay on it. My guess: your brain needed the magnesium levels and was able to go into REM sleep and therefore increase the chance of more vivid dreams.Anyways, to make a long story short : I recommend this product. Start with 2 pills a night and work up to 3. Take breaks every now and then if needed. I like this company.
I took these every day for a month as I had no Akkermansia. After that my levels actually were too high! Definitely can't complain that they worked too well, so just be careful with how often you take them as they work very well.
