We third-party test every batch.

A sample from every batch we make is sent to an independent laboratory with no ties to us, including SORA Laboratories, RSSL, Normec i2 F.A.S.T, Mérieux NutriSciences and Alkemist Labs. Depending on the product, the lab checks the active ingredient (for example FU activity for Nattokinase, monacolin K for Cholesterol Support or silymarin for Milk Thistle), heavy metals and microbiology. Every certificate is published at testing.nfsupplements.co.uk, and the QR code on your bottle takes you to the report for your batch.

Three things. We make every product ourselves, in our own GMP-certified facility in Kidlington, Oxford, rather than buying it in from a contract manufacturer. Every finished batch is tested by an independent lab before it ships. And every result is published, so you can check the batch in your hand instead of taking the label on trust.

In some formulas, yes: a small amount of magnesium stearate as a flow agent and brown rice flour as a bulking agent, so every capsule is filled accurately. Both are widely used in supplements and medicines. We don't use titanium dioxide or synthetic colours, and every batch, fillers included, is tested for heavy metals and microbiology. Supplements work through steady daily use, not overnight. Take them consistently and give any formula at least 8 to 12 weeks before judging it. If there's something specific you want to track, ask your GP what's worth measuring.

Always check with your GP or pharmacist first. Take particular care with blood-thinning medication (relevant to Nattokinase, and to Vitamin D3 & K2 if you take warfarin or another vitamin K antagonist) and with cholesterol-lowering medication such as statins (relevant to Cholesterol Support). Ask before adding Milk Thistle to any regular medication too. Our products are food supplements, not a substitute for medical advice.

Nattokinase is an enzyme first isolated from natto, a traditional Japanese fermented soybean food. It's measured in fibrinolytic units (FU) rather than milligrams, because enzyme activity varies between manufacturers. That's why the FU number matters more than the capsule weight, and why we test the FU activity of every batch.
