How to use

DOSAGE

Take two 3500mg Milk Thistle tablets, up to four Sea Moss capsules and 6.5g (roughly half a scoop) of Electrolytes Powder dissolved in 500mL of water. More water can be added to adjust the taste to your preference.
When To Take

Take before drinking and after drinking before bed:
- 2 tablets of Milk Thistle
- 4 capsules of Sea Moss
- Half a scoop of Electrolytes

Was sceptical about these didn’t think they’d work but it’s the Best £50 I’ve ever spent! I normally get the worst hangovers.
