WHY TURMERIC IS COMBINED WITH BLACK PEPPER

Turmeric, scientifically known as Curcuma longa, is a renowned herbal supplement extracted from the root of a flowering plant native to Southeast Asia.

How to use

One to two tablets per day

Take one to two tablets daily, ideally in the morning.
With or without food

Turmeric can be taken with food or on an empty stomach. However, the impact of food on supplement absorption is often unpredictable as different compounds within food can interact with the supplement in different ways.

Surprisingly Good..!

I've become very cynical over time. I've tried so many 'wonder products' which haven't worked and never trust reviews anymore as so many are fakes. I gave this a try based on personal recommendation & was going to review after a couple of months.
I don't need to wait a couple of months. I can definitely tell the difference after a couple of weeks.
