Great product, take with food.

I was using another brand for a long time but recently did some more reading online about muscle cramps. I have been exercising a lot lately and was experiencing cramping, especially at night. I learned that the type of magnesium you take is very important. Magnesium Glycinate is the best, according to what I found in my online search.

The brand I was using was good (Cramp Defense), but it is more expensive for less product and does not have Magnesium Glycinate as its main ingredient. So, I decided to give the Natural Foundation brand a try. I think it works better than my previous brand, and I am happy with the lower cost and greater quantity.

I would definitely recommend this product. Just don't skimp on how much you take—sometimes 4-5 for me if I am exercising hard, with a little food, milk, etc.

Great for your sleeping goals

Just perfect, dosage, size, no pills crumbling down. I have been taking magnesium for a couple of years and this is the best so far.

It worked for me!

I've had a condition all of my life. While doing a bit of research, I came across the suggestion to take some magnesium glycinate with vitamin B6. Not expecting much but willing to try anything, I gave it a shot and it actually worked! At least 50% of my symptoms vanished over the next few months. (I'm a skeptic of most supplements, so this is big for me.) Obviously I'm not saying that this will cure everything, but I can tell you with absolute certainty that (1) my body absorbs this, and (2) it's clearly doing the stuff that magnesium glycinate is supposed to do. Advice: Be sure to read the ingredients in other magnesium glycinate supplements. Some simply "contain" magnesium glycinate, and aren't 100%.

A staple for us

We have been taking magnesium for nearly 2 years and have seen improvement in sleep. My Husband has seen improvements as well. This is a staple for us.

It says take two but I only take 1. If you take two be prepared for some very real dreams lol
