In November 2024 I was given a 24 hr blood pressure test, and deemed to be hypertensive. I am 62 years old and had pressure readings of 150+ Diastolic. Oh Darn me thinks, so I ordered two packets of the Blood pressure support supplement.
Its now only three weeks into this and I now have a daily average of 135 80 ish.
I have made other lifestyle changes as well as this was a real wake up call. I have also reduced my caffeine intake, reduced my alcohol intake, now only drinking occasionally. Reducing my weight and doing at lease 30 mins of walking and exercise daily.
With these changes I hope to be back to a normal BP with in a few months.

Read up on the benefits. I had asthma as a child so my endurance has always been a matter of will or just not there. With this, inexplicably, I find that I'm just able to keep going. Whether it's running or weight training, I find that I'm not out of breath at points where I expect to be.
Definitely read up on the literature behind these first. The effect may be too subtle for the average user but I definitely recommend these for those looking for a tangible athletic edge.
Im 19 in a military school and about 4 days into taking this, I just have more energy its weird. No feeling of b****ness when I wake up. I have the energy to get up more reps. I havent been benching more than 245 in sets of ten and a couple of days ago i maxed out the school at 345.
I cant say the same thing for squat but It really help remove that not 100% awake feeling I get almost alk the time when Im bout to workout of race even by myself.
Everybody does long distance here and Ruck marches and neglects the short stuff lol

Love my Cordyceps! I've been taking various types of mushroom powders for the last few months and have recently incorporated Cordyceps into my routine as well. I take this when I feel I need a little extra focus at work or sometimes take this before my workouts to give myself extra stimulant free energy. This is a great natural alternative to caffeine. I don't take this any time past afternoon though as I've read from other reviews that it can keep you awake. Overall I feel my strength and endurance in my workouts have increased the last few months. I'm sure this supplement has something to do with it. I don't take this regularly but I plan on doing so to see if I see really significant results. I prefer natural, stimulant free energy as opposed to coffee etc.
Cordyceps is one of the great mushrooms. (The others are chaga and reishi.) All three of these mushrooms are EXTREMELY beneficial for your health. You also can't go wrong buying from NFS, a trusted brand. I love taking these pre-workout for an extra boost in energy and endurance!
