Very early days as I'm only halfway through the products! My initial thoughts, large pills so I have to swallow with food. No taste or reflux although I did experience the mild symptoms of an upset stomach (as was highlighted) The easiest thing to overcome was to combine the pills with a meal or snack.
I'm continuing with the daily dosage but currently sticking to just x1 pill each. I workout at home every day & I'm inclined to think they're proving beneficial. One thing which I was genuinely encouraged by was how they have significantly improved my digestion (& bowel movements) without being too detailed I've become far more regular & how shall I put it Cleaner! I'll continue with the course & I anticipate purchasing a follow-up course.
