Tongkat Ali

Tongkat Ali is a 100% natural plant extract.

Fadogia Agrestis

Fadogia agrestis is a shrub found in Africa, notably in Nigeria. The stems are used to make supplements. It has traditionally been used as an aphrodisiac and a testosterone booster.

Ecdysterone is a type of ecdysteroid compound that is naturally found in some insects and plants, including spinach. It’s primarily taken in supplement form to improve muscle gains and athletic performance.

How to take the natural steroid bundle

PRE-wORKOUT

Take two scoops of pre-workout, ideally 30-60 minutes before training. For best results drink with 700ml of water.
Do no take our caffeinated pre workout with other caffeinated products.
Tongkat Ali, Ashwagandha, Ecdysterone, Fadogia agrestis and Turkesterone

Take two 250mg capsule of Tongkat Ali, one 500mg capsule of Turkesterone, one 500mg Ashwagandha capsule and one 400mg capsule of Fadogia daily. Take one to four 100mg Ecdysterone tablets daily.

We recommend taking Tongkat Ali with food. Some individuals feel nauseous when taking Tongkat Ali on an empty stomach due to gastrointestinal irritation and quick absorption of the supplement.
Other supplements in this bundle can be taken with food or on an empty stomach. However, the impact of food on supplement absorption is often unpredictable as different compounds within food can interact with the supplement in different ways.

Occasionally, it may be necessary to spread intake of the supplements throughout the day, as absorbing all of these supplements all at once may cause nausea in some individuals who have never been exposed to any of the herbs.
